GWS Giants

The GIANTS entered one of the most crowded professional sports cities in the world. Existing channels, mediums and approaches were not achieving desired levels of engagement. We developed, executed and refined approaches to connect with the grassroots communities in NSW/ACT, closed shot term attendance gaps, while also delivering an executable medium-term attendance strategy.

The superannuation industry has felt the cost of regulation and competition and in particular smaller players have experienced pricing and consolidation pressure. We prepared a market scan, engaged with stakeholders, and provided an alternative value proposition and approach to market that could be executed in house by the team.
